Next up - Spongebob SquareDhimmi!

Michelle Malkin has details on Nickelodeon pushing hip, cool, rebellious (ie: idiotic, retarded, liberal) points of view in children’s programming.

Well, what’s next (beside Spongebob SquareDhimmi)? We find out that Dora and Diego are undocumented immigrants just trying to make a living for their family and that evil neocon fuzzy-animal-poachers are out to cut down the chocolate tree and round them up to deport them back to Mexico! AAAAHHHH!

Or maybe they’ll adopt cute new kiddie shows like this one:

The Long War … On Gun Owners

“Forty years ago, when the resolution of enslaving America was formed in Great-Britain, the British parliment was advised … to disarm the people. That it was the best and most effectual way to enslave them. But that they should not do it openly; but to weaken them and let them sink gradually.”

-George Mason, “Father of the Bill of Rights”

Idiot Spitzer and the Muzzle Loader Loophole

ABC News wants to eliminate the scourge of Muzzle Loading Rifles!

Wait … Muzzle Loading Rifles? Since when were those a weapon of choice? Here’s some panty-wetting quotes from the ABC article:

In the time that it takes to purchase a pair of socks, one can buy a deadly rifle.

Ooooh, spooky! In less time than it takes me to put those socks, I can see the pee stain on the floor beneath ABC’s reporters who were forced to come face-to-face with this weapon of utter destruction the sole existence of which is to snuff out the life of cuddly fuzzy bears and innocent civilians. And please pay no attention to the psychopath behind the barrel.

Eyewitness News went undercover at Dicks Sporting Goods store in Upstate New York and with less information than is needed to borrow a library book, we bought a 50-caliber black powder hunting rifle. We just counted out the cash, about $200 and walked away with a brand new, highly powerful weapon.

Big deal. For less than $200 bucks I can go to Home Depot, buy a bunch of parts from plans on the internet, and build something that can create a neat-and-tidy potato-sized cavity clear through that condescending, self-righteous, snarky face of yours from 50 yards out. And the idiot that helps me at the store will think I’m just putting in a new toilet. That doesn’t mean it’s a practical weapon of choice, or that it’s responsible for murderous rampages.

And … you could probably re-load the potato gun faster.

Could you imagine four thugs in an open-top 1983 Buick with spinning rims and neon underlights stopping in front of a rival gang-members house, and breaking out their muzzle-loaders to try and take him out? Are they going to walk around with these things stuffed into the front of their baggy pants?

Don’t tell me ABC is just concerned about terrorism, either, that doesn’t fly. If that were the case they’d be calling for enforcement of immigration laws, a reduction in exploited student visas, or keeping tabs on Mosques breeding a jihad mentality in our own backyard. No, their aim is to disarm you for the greater good, even if the reality of what they’re championing makes them look like a bunch of collectivist clowns.

Scoop Out My Brains With A Spork, Please

Is it just me, or is the political debate “season” about the most boring, drawn-out, predictable, painfully slow torture known to mankind? Forget treatment of prisoners in Gitmo, thank goodness they don’t have to watch the likes of Kucinich the preternatural homunculi. How do the folks behind the cameras sit through these events? I’d rather be water-boarded.

It’s like the scene in airplane where Striker talks about his life story and the lady in the seat next to him hangs herself.

Philly Getting Stupider By The Homicide">Philly Getting Stupider By The Homicide

The city’s top law-enforcement officer says Michael Nutter’s proposed “stop-and-frisk” policy would be a “disaster.”

Not because you’re stopping and searching civilians on suspicion of having “illegal weapons” …

Johnson said he was concerned that tactics such as stop-and-frisk would open the police to accusations of racial profiling and alienate the population. He said such animosity might destroy the connections that he cultivated with minority communities that have only begun to bear fruit.

That’s rich. Mr. “Ten Thousand Unarmed Human Shields Black Men” is concerned about racial profiling. Confused? You shouldn’t be. This is the definition of liberal equality.

But Johnson, in the interview, said there was little a commissioner could do to reduce police killings of civilians.

But a crackdown on “illegal guns”, 10,000 unarmed do-gooders thrown into bad neighborhoods filled with murderous thugs armed with nothing but “conflict resolution training” and a police state where mere suspicion can get you searched is a great start, no doubt!

As if uneducated gang-bangers will stop their criminal ways with a pat down and a hug.

Bouncing Baby Buckmark

Buckmark 5.5

And there she is …

This was my first firearm purchase after quite some time of simply “thinking about it”. After a lot of advice asked for and plenty of shopping and “trying on”, I settled on this little baby because it’s reliable, feels real solid, and shoots cheap ammo.

As a new shooter it’s quite a rush the first time you load up the weapon, take aim at an empty soda can that’s about to meet it’s maker, and fire away. While I didn’t hit much that first day out a couple of months ago, it was a blast. Now I’m getting 3″ groups at 30 feet so the aim is getting better, and soda cans stand no chance.

And so it begins …

While it’s abundantly clear that the internet needs not an additional blog, here we are, you and I. Of all the IP addresses in all the servers in all the world, you had to ping mine …

Welcome.
