This is ridiculous. People need to stop criminalizing the 14 year-old victim, and unite with the demand for the immediate release of the name of the killer “ex-cop”/pizza man, as well as his immediate arrest and trial for murder. Demand Justice for Shareef! justice4shareef@inpdum.org

ok mike first off he wasnt the one with the so called gun. and even if he was, wats more important the couple dollars in the cops pocket or a childs life cuz foreal there was no robbery its the same old story little black kid gets shot no one cares so they say he was in the wrong even if there was a robbery which there wasnt the cip would of lost some money and that is no worth the life of a little boy so watch what you say becasue if that was your son,brother,cuz or friend you would realize that it wasnt worth his life this little boy wasnt going to hurt that man but he didnt care and they leave out the fact that the cop didnt shot him the first time the cop left went and got the gun searched for reef and shot him not only once but twice so think about and tell me if you still think its self defense!

okay first off this is a little boy. HE was only 14 in the name of god.He pl;ayed little league at the park and video games for fun and shot trying to get away from a grown man . That little boy wouldnt think of hurting no one like that and for a grown man to shot a 14 year old boy is crazy. He was really a good kid and would of went far in life if givin the chance but now he cant all because i ex cop decided to play god.

Where I went to college plenty of pizza places were open @ 1AM. Hell they were open till 3AM on weekends.

As for these “kids”. You point a gun at a cop or CCW holder and there’s a damn good chance you’ll get shot. If you’re going to do that I have no sympathy for you.

and a 14 year old armed violent criminal is no different in my eyes than a 24 year old.

Fact is, we don’t have all the facts. You’re saying there’s a 14 year-old lil Sharif hangin’ out at 1AM minding his own business and getting shot? And you know for a fact exactly what happened? Bullshit. Wait for the facts, but don’t tell me that little kid wasn’t doing something wrong, just hanging with a few of his friends talking about video games at 1AM. 14 years old. I don’t think so.

I’ts crazy how twisted the world we live in today is, First let me start by sayin i do not blame you as viewers for believing what the news put out there for u as truth. However this particular situation hit close to home for me, asks yourself what pizza delivery place is open 1:00am? Why didn’t the police get any statements from any of the witness? Why wasn’t there a gun recovered? I’m not a lawyer but i can go on 4 days with qquestions to make this situation very suspecious. I knew this liltle 14 year old boy and let me tell u I can not see him in a million years comminting a crime like this, lil Sharif still played football for our community lague. Its so sad that since the so-clled victim was an ex-cop, he could get away with such a thing. Here’s some facts for u blind indivuals Sharif got shot in his back while tryin to run for that sick indivual, after he shot him he then threw money over his young body to make it look like a robbery.Yeah i guess he knew how to do that from his crocket cop days.

Absolutely true. There is no gaurantee that they will let you go if you “just give them what they want.” I have posts up about two separate robbers who shot or stabbed the business owner AFTER they got the money, and one post includes a Chinese food deliveryman who was ambushed and brutally killed with a knife. Fortunately the killer in the latter story is probably going to be put down.

Robbing someone with deadly force should beget deadly force from the victim.

They should have picked one, either tell him not to move or to drop it. That said, if I were a police officer and a non-compliant suspect reached for a gun, I’d shoot too,but it wouldn’t be at the sidewalk.
