Nobody knows what happened for sure. This has all the makings of someone menacing not wanting to move from his seat though nobody knows if, when, or how many times he may have been asked to. I think my point in posting this in the first place revolves more around people suggesting "non-lethal" measures above anything else because of an inherent fear of the whole "wild west" thing. Non-lethal methods tend not to work, this story illustrates that pretty clearly. Hey Jeff,

The article doesn't mention him actually attacking anyone. If I was there, I wouldn't have drawn on him. My handgun is for the defense of myself and my loved ones. I'm not a police officer and I have no desire to be one. I'm very appreciative and thankful of the job they do. Given the legal climate here, I'm not going to intervene unless I have a reasonable belief that someone innocent faces imminent harm.
