Iredale said White pulled up on the right side of Silva’s car and began firing, hitting her son in the passenger seat and shattering her right arm as she reversed to get away.

No excuse. If you’ve got a weapon on you, it is absolutely imperative to let stupid road-rage anger slide off you like water off a ducks back. MOST people would. I wonder if he pulled the whole, “do you know who I am” routine knowing of course whoever he was talking to was probably unarmed.
