I’m not even going to link to any number of places running with this because it’s pretty much everywhere. Clinton claims she was landing in helicopter and running around ducking sniper fire. She, in fact, waltzed out of the thing with her daughter and promptly gave hugs and kisses to some little 8 year old girl with a detail of smiling man-servants.

Color me shocked that a Clinton lied.

Color me even more shocked that it’s now acknowledged as just a minor little misstatement. A “blip” if you will.

Lawyers do this arguing in front of the jury. They’ll go on and on about something knowing it’ll be “stricken from record” (ie: the Court Reporter than writes down, “stricken from the record”), knowing full well it’s in the heads of every juror which is exactly what they wanted to accomplish anyway.

Liars are good at that sort of thing.
