A shot from a .38 on his balls would’ve prevented this:

MANCHESTER, N.H. — A 40-year-old New Hampshire man is facing charges he lured a 24-year-old woman into a vacant apartment and raped her when she refused his sexual advances.

Police charged James Gathright, of Nashua, N.H., with aggravated felonious sexual assault. He also faces charges of sexual assault and criminal restraint from an unrelated incident.

Gathright is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday. His bail was set at $50,000.

I don’t know this guy’s height, weight, or physical condition. Ditto for the 24-year old. And if it’s not politically correct to state this, then so be it - I’d guess that 95% of the time, a 24-year old female stands no physical chance whatsoever against a grown man of average height and build. None.

However, a 40 year-old man of average height and build staring face-to-barrel with a loaded, cocked .38 being held by a 24 year-old woman with plenty of practice is dead meat.
